Arvada Municipal Court Judge Kathryn Kurtz City of Arvada Twitter Posted Monday, August 15, 2022 10:25 pm After allegedly stalking, harassing and attempting to influence Arvada Municipal Court Judge Kathryn Kurtz over the course of eight months, an Arvada man was taken into custody on July 26 and charged with four felonies and three misdemeanors. Clayton Scott Smith, 30, was charged with Retaliation Against a Judge, Attempt to Influence a Public Servant, Stalking, Harassment, two counts of Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Obstructing a Peace Officer.
