The Arvada Library. Courtesy JCPL. Posted Friday, March 24, 2023 12:32 pm Arvadans can now begin placing holds on books for curbside pickup at the Arvada Library. The Olde Town Arvada branch of the Jefferson County Public Library was closed on Jan. 28 following testing which showed methamphetamine contamination at the library. Earlier this month, JCPL filed a variance with the Colorado Department of Public Health requesting that the library be allowed to begin cleaning affected spaces and allow staff to return in a limited capacity.
